The Brief

Supporting healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers with cell therapies.

CellSpectrum is an Immuneel-sponsored resource committed to supporting everyone involved in the complex journey of CAR T-Cell therapy. The platform bridges the knowledge gap between Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell therapy science and the people who need it most.

The challenge was to create a complete digital guide to CAR T-cell therapy from scratch. There was no existing website. We needed to build two distinct experiences:

1. For Patients and Caregivers: A resource for those facing Relapsed/Refractory B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, providing clear information and support.

2. For Healthcare Professionals: Access to the Immuneel Cell Therapy Program, clinical data, and treatment protocols

The platform had to make complex immunotherapy science accessible, trustworthy, and clear while maintaining medical accuracy and regulatory compliance.

How we can help doctors, healthcare providers and patients?

Patients and caregivers facing life-altering treatments need clear, compassionate, and trustworthy information. The urgency of healthcare communication demands a platform that respects the emotional weight of every visit.

We created distinct pathways for patients seeking treatment information and healthcare professionals accessing clinical data and treatment protocols.

CellSpectrum Audience Channels

Solution

A dual-entry platform serving two distinct audiences.

Since this was a greenfield project with no existing digital presence, we started with information architecture before any visual design. The goal was to create one cohesive platform that could serve radically different user needs without forcing either audience to wade through irrelevant content.

Information Architecture

We created a dual-entry homepage with immediate role-based navigation. Users self-select within 3 seconds of landing, choosing between "Are you a Patient or Caregiver?" or "Are you a Healthcare Professional?" This eliminates guesswork and backtracking from the start.

Technical Implementation

The design system was built to scale across patient-facing and professional content with shared components styled two ways: light and spacious for public content, dense and data-heavy for clinical workflows included in the healthcare professional dashboard. All components follow an 8px grid system for predictable rhythm across breakpoints.

Conclusion

"While designing this website, I discovered how crucial it is to empathize with cancer patients and caregivers. Understanding that someone may be struggling and they could visit this website with hope was our main driving force. Every design decision from color to typography to content hierarchy was made with this in mind."
