The Brief
K10 Events has been shaping thoughtfully designed events and crafting films rooted in legacy since 1914. Under third generation leadership of Ronak Kapoor, they partner with 160 plus embassies across India, specializing in National Day celebrations, cultural festivals, delegation visits, and corporate events pan India.
The company had no previous website despite their extensive legacy and client portfolio:
• No digital presence: Complete absence of a website despite 110 years of operation and partnerships with 160 plus embassies
• No portfolio showcase: No way to display their extensive work in diplomatic events, National Day celebrations, and award winning films
• No credibility markers: Missing platform to highlight their heritage, embassy partnerships, and Ronak Kapoor's achievements as an award winning director
• No service communication: No clear way to present their comprehensive offerings in event planning, media production, and event filmmaking
• No conversion pathway: Missing contact mechanism for potential diplomatic and corporate clients to initiate consultations
These gaps diminished their professional image and failed to reflect their position as India's biggest and oldest diplomatic event planning company.
The website needed to serve multiple audiences simultaneously while honoring 110 years of legacy. Diplomatic missions require assurance of cultural sensitivity and protocol expertise. Corporate brands need to see production capabilities and technical infrastructure. Media clients look for filmmaking quality and creative storytelling.
I designed and developed a comprehensive platform that presents their extensive embassy partnerships, showcases their award winning films, displays their end to end event services, and provides an immersive visual experience through strategic use of video backgrounds and dynamic galleries.
Solution
Since this was a greenfield project with no previous digital presence, I handled everything from information architecture to final deployment. The goal was to create a website that immediately communicates K10's unique position as both a heritage brand and a modern production powerhouse.
I started by mapping out the complete user journey for three distinct audiences: diplomatic missions seeking cultural protocol expertise, corporate brands evaluating production capabilities, and media partners assessing filmmaking quality. Each audience needed a clear entry point and relevant content pathway without overwhelming the others.
I structured the site into five core sections: About (heritage and leadership), Events (portfolio gallery), Showreels (film work), Partners (embassy list), and Gallery (visual archive). This structure allows users to quickly find what matters to them while maintaining a cohesive narrative about K10's capabilities.
The homepage features multiple video sections showcasing actual events and films. I implemented lazy loading and video optimization to ensure fast performance despite the heavy media content. The embassy partnerships section displays 160 plus countries in an organized, searchable grid.
